Dosage & Administration of D-Dopa 110

• For 100/10 mg tablet: Initiate dosage with one tablet three or four times a day. Titrate upwards if needed.
• For patients starting with 250/25 mg tablet: Begin with one half taken once or twice daily. Adjust dosage until optimal response is achieved.

Interaction

Interactions may occur with antihypertensive medications, tricyclic antidepressants, ferrous sulfate or ferrous gluconate, dopamine-2 receptor antagonists, isoniazid, phenytoin, papaverine, and selegiline.

Contraindications
